Shipping Method & Delivery Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days after shipment. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please see our Replacement Policy for how to request a replacement. We're committed to making things right.

Replacement Policy

At KenoPoolGame.com, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the care we take in packaging each order. If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you.
